Growing and Arranging Locally Grown Flowers
€6.15
Lake County Learning presents: Growing and Arranging Locally Grown Sustainable Flowers.
In this workshop you will use Irish grown seasonal foliage and flowers to create a beautiful arrangement to be placed in a recycled vessel. We will be discussing how to grow the same flowers at home and reduce your carbon footprint by relying less on imported flowers.
You will go home with a beautiful flower arrangement as well as knowledge of what flowers to grow in your garden to increase biodiversity.
Please bring a clean jar or small vase to hold your arrangement.
Tea and cake will be served on the night.
This workshop will be held in The Refill Mill on June 7th from 6.30-7.30pm. Delivered by Anna Browne from Big Sky Flowers.
Funded by Creative Westmeath.
